Elements of a Business Faith Group
Business Faith Groups can be thought of as an accountability group, peer advisory and peer coaching all in one.
Faith Focus
Through the sessions they will learn to see their company and role as their platform to add value to others lives. This is all done through a faith lense, resulting in personal growth, business growth, and spiritual growth for those who attend, which overflows into results for their employees, vendors, customers and community.
Conversational
Approach
The sessions inside of BFG are designed for collaborative conversations. Each session is not more information from books, a video, or a speaker. Instead sessions are designed with a real, conversational approach to growing in faith, integrating it in business, and sharing business best practices of leading.
No Busy Work
There’s no prep or homework for BFG attendees other than simply reading the bible passage presented multiple times, noting what the Holy Spirit illuminates, and coming ready to share it with the group.
Business Tie In
The business topics and tools in each session are connected to the spiritual passage. God seems to always meet each person where they currently are in their workplace struggles, people challenges, growth opportunities and revenues.

Business Faith Groups provides you an opportunity to balance impact and income, to be intentional, to build into someone’s life and make a generational ane eternal difference.
Is God calling you to add group coaching to your business offerings?
No! You control the branding and use your current company name. Align it with your offerings and with what you think would best fit your audience.
No! You determine the frequency of sessions that you hold. They could be weekly, monthly, retreats on weekends, etc.
No! You determine your member pricing, and in turn determine the revenue you generate from the content.
You can completely make it your own– add your own content, personal stories, and insights to each lesson. While the lessons are complete as they are, you are not discouraged from adding your own content to the lessons for your purposes.
No. All sessions must be held in-person. This is a realtional strategy serving your community and network. You do not have online rights to use the lessons and host meetings when you become an area chair.
You build your own groups, but we offer training and marketing tools to assist you in the monthly training calls.
The spiritual lessons are non-denominational based on the Bible. Missional Christian movement is based on Lusanne Convenant and Apostle’s Creed serves as our statement of faith.
